This fully remote role prioritizes Los Angeles and national/global opportunities, requiring a strategic, consultative seller with a proven track record.

The candidate will build senior-level relationships, lead multi-stakeholder deals, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver value-based solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of successful experience in IT, engineering, consulting, professional services, project delivery, or workforce solutions sales.
• Demonstrated success consistently achieving or exceeding significant sales and revenue targets.
• Experience selling complex solutions to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and internal delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute a strategic business development plan for Yoh’s IT and Engineering solutions portfolio.
• Expand existing client relationships by introducing consulting, professional services, project delivery, managed solutions, and workforce solutions.
• Develop and close net-new client relationships across Los Angeles, nationally, and globally.
• Identify complex business challenges and translate them into customized, value-based solutions.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, senior technology and engineering leaders, procurement stakeholders, and other decision-makers.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales pursuits from initial discovery through solution design, proposal, negotiation, and close.
