Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Sales for IT & Engineering. This fully remote role prefers candidates near Los Angeles, CA, with Los Angeles as the primary market focus, though the role is not geographically limited.

You will act as a strategic advisor to clients, addressing complex technology and workforce challenges through Yoh’s portfolio of solutions. You will own strategic business development, expand existing relationships, and close net-new

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years in IT/engineering/professional services sales.
• Proven success selling complex solutions to senior/executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers and internal delivery teams.
• Ability to develop net-new business while expanding existing accounts.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute a strategic business development plan for Yoh’s IT and Engineering solutions.
• Expand client relationships by introducing consulting, professional services, project delivery, managed solutions, and workforce solutions.
• Develop and close net-new client relationships across LA, nationally, and globally.
• Translate complex business challenges into customized, value-based solutions.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales pursuits from discovery to close and negotiate agreements.
• Collaborate with recruiting, consulting, delivery, PCS, and leadership teams to present client solutions.
