Siemens is seeking a Senior Sales Account Executive - Solutions to drive new construction opportunities in our commercial Smart Buildings Automation team. The role emphasizes developing contractor, consultant, developer, and end-user relationships, and delivering complex deals within guidelines.

You will balance hunter activities with account management, maintain market insight, and participate in industry networking to build a strong regional presence in the Phoenix area.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in sales within the commercial building automation, HVAC, mechanical, or similar new construction industry.
• 8+ years of sales experience with the commercial building automation or HVAC industry (for senior level).
• Must be able to demonstrate financial expertise to estimate and sell technical solutions and service offerings.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21+ with eligible driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve new order/booking and profit goals based on your assigned quota and forecast results.
• Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities including forecasting expected order intake.
• Understand marketplace, competitors, customers, and decision influencers across the region.
• Plan and execute go-to-market strategies to drive business to end users and channels.
• Act as a consultant to multiple levels of the customer’s organization to align needs with services.
• Spend at least 50% of time in customer-facing activities, including on-site engagements and travel as needed.
