Job summary

Siemens in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Service Senior Sales Account Executive to drive the service agreements in our commercial Smart Buildings Automation Controls team. Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in commercial building automation, HVAC, or related industries.
• 8+ years of sales experience for senior level.
• Strong financial acumen to estimate and sell technical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the US.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Achieve new order and profit goals for service projects and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain a qualified funnel of opportunities and forecast orders.
• Understand the marketplace, competitors, customers, and decision influencers.
• Develop growth plans for energy, automation, and digital services.
• Identify new opportunities and go-to-market strategies.
• Consult with customers to align services with business goals.
• Attend industry events and build a network within the market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outcomes and bids.
• Spend at least 50% of time with customers on site; 1–2 days in office; ~10% travel.
