SchooLinks is seeking a Solutions Manager to join our Solutions Team. This role focuses on implementing Course Planner solutions to help students plan their path after graduation.

You will oversee end-to-end implementations, collaborating with Customer Success Managers and a diverse set of school districts across regions. You will learn and apply technical configurations, translate jargon into clear customer communications, and proactively provide creative solutions to meet client needs in a

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an implementation specialist or similar role in a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience with data feeds: reviewing data files, identifying problems, and performing actions on data (spreadsheet-like).
• Ability to learn and apply technical configurations and explain complex concepts to customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for complex implementation projects with larger clients.
• Understand data dependencies and help resolve data issues.
• Problem solve and coordinate data integration with clients and CSMs.
• Work with customers to understand their needs and implement solutions.
• Continuously engage with customers to maintain project velocity and drive adoption.
• Identify and document challenges and areas for improvement within processes and product.
• Assist the product team with QA and product improvements.
• Help drive adoption and usage during implementation.
