Job summary

SchooLinks seeks an Implementation Manager to serve as the primary contact and strategic partner for school districts from signing through sustained platform adoption. You own the end-to-end implementation, translating district goals into actionable rollout plans and building trusted relationships with counselors, administrators, and CTE leaders to ensure rapid value delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, customer success, project management, or a client-facing role in K-12 EdTech or education services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects across different clients and configurations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to district leadership.
• Highly organized with ability to build consistent processes across a varied client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end implementation for a portfolio of districts, including onboarding, data ingestion, configuration, training, change management, and ongoing project management.
• Lead kickoff calls and alignment sessions with district stakeholders and establish ownership structures and measurable success criteria.
• Build phased implementation plans tailored to each district's modules, grade levels, and state compliance requirements.
• Lead training sessions with district champions, traveling 20–25% during back-to-school season.
• Maintain an implementation tracker for each district using Gainsight and Salesforce.
• Lead recurring check-ins with district champions and executive sponsors to keep projects on track.
• Proactively surface risks to launch timelines and escalate as needed.
