Job summary

SchooLinks is seeking an Implementation Manager to be the primary contact for school districts from contract through adoption. You will own end-to-end implementation, translate district goals into rollout plans, and build trusted relationships with counselors, administrators, and CTE leaders.

In this role you will lead kickoff calls, create phased implementation plans, train district champions, and maintain project trackers using Gainsight and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in implementation, customer success, project management, or a client-facing role in K-12 EdTech.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects across different clients and timelines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to district leadership.
• Highly organized with the ability to build consistent processes across a varied client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation for a portfolio of districts, including onboarding and training.
• Lead kickoff calls with district stakeholders, establishing timelines and success criteria.
• Build phased rollout plans tailored to district needs and state requirements.
• Lead training sessions for district champions; travel 20-25% during back-to-school season.
• Maintain an implementation tracker using Gainsight and Salesforce.
• Conduct recurring check-ins with champions and sponsors to keep projects on track.
• Proactively surface risks and escalate to the Director of Implementations as needed.
