SchooLinks is seeking a Solutions Manager to join our Solutions Team to oversee the implementation of our Course Planner products for students. You’ll manage a diverse book of business, including school districts, and learn to apply technical configurations while explaining concepts clearly to customers.

You’ll lead complex projects, coordinate data integration, and collaborate with CSMs to ensure adoption and success throughout the implementation cycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation in a B2B SaaS setting.
• Experience coordinating data integration and data feeds.
• Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration.
• Able to translate product/engineering jargon for customers.
• Comfort presenting to district stakeholders.
• Proactive, accountable with a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main contact for those complex implementation projects with our larger clients
• Understand data dependencies and help resolve data issues
• Coordinate data integration with our clients and CSMs
• Work with customers to understand their specific needs and implement solutions
• Maintain project velocity, generate buy-in, and drive adoption
• Document challenges and areas for improvement within our process and product
• Assist the product team with QA and improvement of the product
• Drive adoption and usage throughout the implementation period
