Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience managing technical SE teams
• Strong networking technologies understanding
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to persuade and influence across organizational levels

Responsabilités

• Uphold F5’s Business Code of Ethics and report violations promptly
• Manage SE team performance, PTO approvals, workload and training
• Define objectives, strategy and priorities for SE engineers within the team
• Collaborate with management to plan headcount quarterly and annually
• Oversee recruitment in partnership with HR and ensure organizational scalability
• Foster effective communication and cross-team collaboration within the department
• Develop and organize SE teams to meet/exceed goals and professional development
• Maintain SE partner plans with PS, support, Marketing, and PM
• Strategic planning to scale the SE org to meet objectives
• Drive SE retention, recognition, compensation and career planning
• Develop SE skills assessment and job planning
• Ensure customer focus by communicating product requirements and market trends
• Analyze customer requirements and communicate competitive solutions
• Provide product feasibility support to sales with the team
• Perform other related duties as assigned
