F5 is seeking a Solutions Engineering leader to manage all facets of the SE team within the F5 Tech vertical. You will set objectives, drive strategy, and ensure the SE organization scales to meet goals while collaborating with HR for recruiting and with product teams for alignment.

The role emphasizes technical sales leadership, business analysis, and shaping customer success through effective decision-making and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment with product strategy, customer needs and market trends.
• Present F5 messaging and roadmap to customers and partners.
