F5 is seeking a Solutions Engineering leader to manage all aspects of the SE team within the F5 Tech vertical, with a focus on technical sales. You will set objectives, work plans, delegate assignments, and ensure the SE organization meets company goals.

You will partner with management on headcount planning, recruit with HR, develop the SE organization, maintain partner plans, and drive product requirements while ensuring customer success and clear escalation paths.

Qualifikationen

• BS or BA degree required or relevant work experience.
• A number of years' experience managing technical SEs in a management role.
• Thorough understanding of networking technologies and applications delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technologies.
• Self-motivated and able to persuade direct reports and others outside the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels within an organization.
