F5 is seeking a senior leader to manage the Solutions Engineering team within the Tech vertical, focusing on technical sales. You will set objectives, delegate across the team, and ensure the SE organization aligns with company goals.

You’ll drive headcount planning, recruit talent with HR, and develop a robust partner plan while maintaining a strong emphasis on customer success and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Leadership of technical SE teams.
• Strong grasp of networking tech and delivery.
• Excellent presentation and cross-functional communication.

Responsabilités

• Uphold Business Code of Ethics and report violations.
• Manage SE team: performance reviews, PTO, training, disciplinary actions, hiring.
• Define FY objectives, strategy and priorities for Engineers in the SE team.
• Plan headcount quarterly and yearly to scale the SE org.
• Collaborate with HR on candidate recruitment.
• Foster organizational communications and teamwork.
• Develop and maintain SE partner plan with PS/Support/Marketing/PM.
• Drive market trend insights to PM/PD and sales teams.
• Ensure customer-centric SE activities and post-sales issue handling.
• Present F5 strategy, solution messaging and roadmap to customers.
