Qualifications

Minimum of 5+ years in technical pre-sales.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and show strong judgment, collaboration and leadership.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana value proposition, vision and strategy to customers.
Own the technical engagement with customers and help close opportunities through knowledge and credibility.
Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
Communicate feedback to internal teams on products and competitive landscape.
Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
