Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our Majors SE team. This remote-first role, ideally located on the West Coast, focuses on technical pre-sales, customer enablement, and close engagements across the Americas.

You will partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value, own technical engagements, and deliver compelling demonstrations. Strong Open Source and monitoring experience are preferred, with excellent communication essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the metrics/monitoring space.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and credibly.

Responsibilities

• Join as an early member of a high-growth team to solve technical and customer problems the right way.
• Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana value, vision, and strategy to customers.
