Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in CS, EE, MIS or equivalent.
• Experience as a Sales Engineer or similar technical sales role.
• Experience with load-balancing technologies (F5, Citrix, Riverbed, Kemp).
• Knowledge of HTTP, web servers, web applications, and related protocols.

Responsibilities

• Articulate F5 product strategy and value proposition to customers.
• Deliver technical presentations, solution designs, and proof-of-concepts.
• Mentor sales teams on value of F5 solutions and business drivers.
• Identify decision makers and navigate customer technical validation and sponsorship.
• Lead technical aspects of the sales process in partnership with Account Manager.
• Provide world-class customer service throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal engineers and sales to share best practices.
