Modern Campus is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support sales of our Connected Curriculum and related products. This role requires deep higher education knowledge, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel across North America.

You will work within the Sales department to demonstrate solutions and tailor demonstrations to client needs. Successful candidates will collaborate with Regional Directors and Account Managers, contributing technical insights during RFPs and client

Formación

• Experience in Higher Education environments and solutions.
• Understanding of higher education market dynamics and client needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel within North America.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales activity as the functional and technical expert with deep knowledge of Modern Campus Connected Curriculum products.
• Lead demonstrations and technical consultations to key client stakeholders, explaining features clearly.
• Attend prospect sales meetings and contribute to advancing opportunities with your expertise.
• Build customized demonstrations based on requirements from Regional Directors, Account Managers and prospects.
• Assist with responses to functional and technical questions for RFP and proposals.
• Act as the voice of the market, conveying insights to Product teams.
