ECA Recruiters is seeking a Solutions Specialist in Higher Education / EdTech to partner with colleges and universities to modernize learning using digital tools. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close and deliver consultative demos to academic leaders.

This role includes 30% travel during peak seasons and offers a base up to $75k+ with bonuses $45k+. You will collaborate with faculty and chairs to drive student outcomes through innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience that includes hunting and opening up new business.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Able to lead virtual and in-person demos.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Drive new business across colleges & universities.
• Partner directly with faculty, department chairs, and academic leaders.
• Deliver consultative demos and solution-based presentations.
