Job summary

Fundraise Up is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to act as the technical backbone of the sales cycle, turning platform capabilities into live, working answers for nonprofits. You will partner across Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Solution Architecture to map client needs to solutions and accelerate deal velocity.

You will design demonstrations, handle complex integrations (CRM, payments, data mapping), and contribute to RFP responses while ensuring GDPR and PCI DSS compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in presales or sales engineering in SaaS/fintech/nonprofit tech.
• Hands-on APIs, webhooks, data integration, data mapping, and scoping.
• Experience with Higher Education and enterprise ARR.
• Translating customer requirements into compelling technical solutions and value.
• CRM, payment, and marketing automation integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, PayPal, Zapier).
• Knowledge of GDPR and PCI DSS; data security best practices.
• Strong presentation and storytelling for technical and executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical narrative of the sales cycle as the pre-sales expert.
• Run discovery sessions to surface real technical requirements and integrations.
• Design and deliver tailored demos and solution proposals.
• Turn technical questions into clear answers for technical and executive audiences.
• Build architectures, data mapping, and integration plans across ecosystems.
• Lead input on RFP/RFI responses with compliance alignment.
• Feed market insights to Product and Solution Architecture.
• Train Sales on product knowledge and competitive positioning.
• Use AI to accelerate discovery notes and draft responses.
