Job summary

Cordial is seeking a Solutions Engineer to guide client implementations of our platform, integrate RESTful APIs, and provide scalable solutions for complex use cases. You will work directly with clients to apply new features and drive value within their marketing technology stack.

You will collaborate with product, client success, strategy, support and sales to ensure adoption and success, and you will document all project work to support a repeatable process.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in professional services with successful client implementations.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and JSON data.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients as Cordial subject matter expert on platform capabilities.
• Assist with implementing Cordial's RESTful API and JavaScript Snippet in client stacks.
• Design data structures for smooth downstream flow and integration.
• Collaborate with product, client success, strategy, support and sales teams.
• Document completed work and manage project timelines for repeatable success.
