Qualifications

• 4 years' experience in solutions engineering or integration with direct client interaction.
• Strong ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience in eCommerce and Logistics/Operations is strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Help clients understand the flexibility of Global-e’s platform.
• Identify key customer technical objections and develop strategy.
• Act as a technical focal point for integrating clients.
• Provide ongoing technical assistance to current partners.
• Participate in internal technical discussions and share feedback.
