Job summary

Cordial is seeking a Solutions Engineer to guide clients through successful platform implementations, third‑party integrations, and unique use cases. You will be the subject matter expert, enabling clients to maximize Cordial through RESTful APIs, JavaScript Snippet, and Dynamic Scripting across marketing stacks.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in professional services with successful implementations.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, HTML/CSS/JS, and PHP.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing client projects.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients as a Cordial subject matter expert to guide implementations.
• Integrate Cordial’s RESTful API and JavaScript Snippet into client marketing stacks.
• Identify issues, propose solutions, and document repeatable processes.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders to align timelines and expectations.
