Job summary

eCapital is seeking a Senior or Lead Solution Engineer to own the technical side of our partner ecosystem. You will design and deliver partner integrations, lead technical onboarding, and serve as the SME for third-party integrations, collaborating with Product, Sales, Onboarding, and Partnerships.

This IC role offers growth into leadership as the team expands, with responsibilities across integration design, standards, and implementation.

Qualifications

5-8 years in systems integration or solutions engineering.
Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) preferred.
Proficiency with REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, OAuth2, and data formats.
Ability to travel up to 30% and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain integration standards across partner ecosystem.
Design, build, and support scalable integrations with TMS, load boards, data providers, and other partners.
Evaluate, implement, and manage third-party integration platforms and tools.
Lead onboarding of new partners and integrated clients, ensuring smooth implementations.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to prioritize integration initiatives and roadmap opportunities.
Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Document integration architecture, data flows, and partner configurations.
