Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a senior Solutions Engineer to join our East Coast pre-sales team, focused on LATAM customers and frequent travel across the region. You will partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, lead evaluations, design solutions, and validate Coralogix in customer environments.

You’ll be the technical owner during deployments, troubleshooting, and demonstrations, translating technical value into business impact for engineers and executives alike.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or similar.
• Fluent English and native Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Experience leading technical evaluations and POCs.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery across customer architecture, telemetry sources, and success criteria.
• Design tailored demonstrations connecting Coralogix to real use cases.
• Manage evaluations and POCs from scope to validation.
• Support deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
• Collaborate with customers across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud, apps, and security use cases.
• Explain Coralogix architecture, differentiation, and value to technical and executive audiences.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and guide toward a technical decision.
• Capture field feedback with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
