Qualifications

• Experience with Big Data, data warehousing, relational databases.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python; knowledge of Spark, Airflow, Kafka.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and data governance concepts.
• Understanding of US federal data and analytic requirements; security/compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales process from initial meetings through post-sales activities.
• Support technical needs of customers including discovering new use cases.
• Design solutions using Cloudera technologies based on reference architectures.
• Demonstrate Cloudera products to inspire customer buy-in.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to show value and drive renewals.
• Present product roadmap and vision to encourage expansion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a single Cloudera voice for customers.
• Advocate for customer needs to Product Management and Engineering.
• Participate in external publicity (conferences, webinars, blogs).
