Job summary

MARKT-PILOT GmbH in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer who bridges customer requirements with MP ONE’s capabilities, leading discovery, demos, and proof-of-value to move complex deals forward.

You will collaborate with Sales to build compelling technical and business cases, translate features into measurable ROI, and partner with Product, Services, and Customer Success to inform roadmap priorities in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading enterprise discovery, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering role, ideally in SaaS/manufacturing or data-driven industries.
Background in pricing or business value justifications with strong business acumen and data-driven thinking.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery, technical presentations, tailored demos, and proof-of-value engagements for MP ONE.
Collaborate with prospects to understand their business and pricing challenges and align MARKT-PILOT solutions with objectives.
Partner with Sales to present technical and business cases to executives, demonstrating ROI and revenue impact.
Design and deliver personalized product demonstrations addressing customer needs and ROI.
Plan and evaluate proof-of-value trials with clear success criteria and actionable insights.
Serve as the go-to expert on MP ONE’s solutions and integrations for business outcomes.
