MARKT-PILOT, a high-growth SaaS company with offices in Chicago and Stuttgart, seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to bridge customer requirements with MP ONE’s capabilities. You will lead discovery, demos, and proof-of-value engagements in a fast-paced enterprise sales environment.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to build ROI-focused cases, deliver tailored demonstrations, and drive complex deals to closure while shaping the product roadmap from field insights.

Qualifikationen

• Significant enterprise discovery and proof-of-value leadership in a B2B SaaS context.
• Experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or solutions engineering role.
• Pricing/Manufacturing/aftermarket domain experience preferred.
• Understanding of ERP/CRM integrations and translating tech into ROI.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for senior decision-makers.
• Excellent discovery, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborates with Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and modern SaaS delivery models.

Aufgaben

• Lead enterprise discovery, technical demos, and PV engagements for MP ONE.
• Collaborate with prospects to map business pricing challenges to MARKT-PILOT solutions.
• Build compelling technical and business cases for executive stakeholders demonstrating ROI.
• Deliver personalized product demonstrations addressing customer needs and ROI outcomes.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate PV trials with clear success criteria and insights.
• Translate technical features into tangible business results to support deals.
• Support strategic sales cycles with hands-on technical guidance to keep deals moving.
