Job summary

Synthesia is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to build and lead presales in the DACH region. You will partner with Account Executives, Customer Success and Product Marketing to run discovery, deliver demos, scope POCs, and design technical solutions for deals.

You will be a trusted advisor focused on customer value, shaping the playbook as we scale and becoming an early, defining member of the team in Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical roles at SaaS companies.
• Strong consultative discovery, stakeholder management, and communication abilities; experience engaging with execs and technical teams.
• Fluency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message; ability to translate technical requirements into business value.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute discovery calls to understand customer requirements and technical environments.
• Design and deliver demos that quantify value and tell a credible, ROI-focused story.
• Balance POCs and pilots with a strategic business narrative; guide customers through technical objections.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to align on tech and business outcomes.
• Travel as needed to engage customers and run executive-level conversations.
