Job summary
Akkodis is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to drive technical pre-sales for large Enterprise clients. You will combine deep network engineering and automation expertise with strong sales acumen to map customer needs to scalable solutions.
Remote role in the United States with 10-15% travel. Competitive base salary of 135k–150k plus 30% targeted incentive bonus, negotiable by experience and location.
Qualifications
- 2+ years building enterprise network automation solutions.
- 7+ years in enterprise sales, sales engineering or consulting.
- Strong relationship, presentation, and selling skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starting, and organized.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with key technical stakeholders at top accounts.
- Serve as trusted technical advisor through pre-sales and early post-sales lifecycle.
- Conduct technical discovery to understand requirements, architecture, pain points, success criteria.
- Qualify technical fit with sales to ensure solution feasibility.
- Create and deliver customer-facing presentations of high-level solutions.
- Develop PoCs, pilot projects, and ensure smooth handoff to delivery.
- Collaborate with product management to influence roadmap based on feedback.
- Support RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires with technical accuracy.
