The Adecco Group's Akkodis IT & Engineering Services is seeking a Senior Sales Director to expand our NA market position and hit multi-million dollar quotas. You will build relationships with C-level clients, identify opportunities, negotiate SOWs, and lead a team to deliver managed services and consulting solutions aligned with SLAs and client outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum eight+ years of related business development experience.
• Willingness to travel at least 50%.

Aufgaben

• Owns and leads the sales pursuit; builds and coordinates the pursuit team.
• Maintains a sales pipeline at least 3x the annual quota.
• Negotiates and closes profitable SOWs with clients.
• Forecasts and achieves sales targets in line with goals.
• Maintains CRM/ATS data accuracy and client relationships.
