Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to drive discovery, translate workforce challenges into tailored LearnVantage solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations for enterprise opportunities. You will partner with Account Executives to navigate complex sales cycles and position the LearnVantage portfolio across learning, technology, and services.

Qualifications

5+ years of presales/solutions engineering or equivalent client-facing role
2+ years presenting to enterprise audiences with 1,000+ employees
Experience supporting opportunities valued at $100K+ annually
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Strong communication, executive engagement, and storytelling to connect LearnVantage to client outcomes

Responsibilities

Lead consultative discovery with stakeholders to understand business priorities and workforce challenges
Translate client needs into tailored LearnVantage solution approaches
Develop and deliver tailored demonstrations and executive presentations
Position LearnVantage ecosystem across platforms, content, experiences, and services
Assess platform, data, security, and integration requirements with SMEs
Collaborate with Account Executives throughout complex sales cycles
Lead or contribute to RFPs, RFIs, and competitive evaluations
Maintain knowledge of LearnVantage portfolio and AI workforce transformation trends
