Accenture LearnVantage in the United States seeks a Senior Sales Engineer to help clients understand how LearnVantage addresses workforce transformation, AI skilling, and technology adoption. You will lead client discovery with executives, translate needs into LearnVantage approaches, deliver tailored demonstrations, and partner with Account Executives to advance complex deals through

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years in presales, solutions engineering, or equivalent client-facing role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
Experience presenting to enterprise audiences with 1,000+ employees.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery with client stakeholders to understand business priorities and workforce needs.
Translate needs into LearnVantage solution approaches combining platforms, content, and services.
Develop demonstrations and executive presentations tailored to client industry and transformation priorities.
Position LearnVantage ecosystem to show measurable workforce and business outcomes.
Collaborate with Account Executives throughout complex sales cycles.
