Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive go-to-market efforts, lead prospect engagements, and deliver compelling demos and POCs. You will guide evaluations, advise on AI adoption, and maintain partner relationships while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

The role requires strong communication, cross-platform endpoint experience, and willingness to travel to events and conferences to support enterprise customers in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Sales Engineer in SaaS pre-sales.
• 4+ years experience with data protection and AI security solutions.
• Proven ability to demo and run POCs across multiple products.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architecture and how to secure it.
• 4+ years experience with cross-platform endpoint agents.
• Ability to travel to events and conferences.
• Strong sales presence and communication skills.
• Multitask and prioritize under pressure.
• Must be located in IL, WI, KS, MN, MO, TX, OK, LA, AR.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Sales in a pre-sales capacity from qualification through production hand-off.
• Learn, create, and deliver compelling messaging and demos differentiating the platform.
• Demonstrate multiple products within the platform in a single narrative.
• Guide technical evaluations via POC ownership and manage the process to close.
• Advise customers on securing AI adoption and translate risks into outcomes.
• Maintain partner technical relationships and enable channel partners.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on feature feedback.
