Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to drive go-to-market efforts, lead prospect engagements, and deliver compelling demos and POCs. You will guide evaluations, translate security risks into business outcomes, and collaborate with partners and sales to win enterprise deals.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in SaaS pre-sales, deep data protection/AI security experience, and a proven ability to integrate multiple products into cohesive solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a Sales Engineer or in pre-sales of enterprise SaaS.
• 4+ years with data protection and AI security solutions (DLP, IRM, DSPM, CASB, AI-Security).
• Experience demoing and running POCs across multiple products in a platform.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architecture and securing it.
• 4+ years with cross-platform endpoint agent (Windows, Mac, Linux).
• Willingness to travel to events and conferences.
• Strong sales presence and communication skills.
• Able to multitask and priorities under pressure.
• Must be located in the following states to support our customers. (Illinois, Wisconsin, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Texas, Oklahoma, Luisiana, Arkansas).

Responsibilities

• Support the Enterprise Sales teams with opportunities in a pre-sales capacity from qualification through production hand-off.
• Learn, create, and deliver compelling messaging and demonstrations that differentiate from competitors.
• Demonstrate multiple products within the platform in a single narrative, showing how they work together.
• Guide technical evaluations via POC ownership and manage the evaluation process to a successful conclusion.
• Advise customers on securing AI adoption, and translate risks into technical/business outcomes.
• Maintain partner technical relationships and enable channel partners in a channel-driven model.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on new feature releases and provide field feedback.
