Job summary

EH Group is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead site planning, technical design, and proposal writing for data center powered solutions in Houston. You will own CAD models, map customer specs to our technology, and craft technical proposals read by engineering teams and financiers.

You will work with customers, EPCs, gas suppliers, and financing partners across projects; travel to sites and our HQ will be involved as needed. This is the first hire in a growing function.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree and 8+ years engineering practice.
• Hands-on CAD skills and ability to produce drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead site planning with customer EPCs including layout, interconnects, and hydrogen siting.
• Own CAD models, system arrangement, and balance‑of‑plant interfaces; map specs and prepare a compliance view.
• Write clear technical proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs for complex, multi‑party projects.
• Coordinate with customer, EPC, utilities, gas suppliers, and financiers to align on design and deployment.
