Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in the Bay Area is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer for the Digital Native Enterprise team. The role is hybrid, based in San Francisco/Bay Area, and focuses on both acquiring new Digital Native accounts and expanding existing ones, working closely with Account Executives.

You’ll lead technical discovery, architect solutions, and deliver demos and PoCs across security, networking, and developer platforms, owning the customer journey from onboarding to renewal.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of internet request life cycle and modern web architectures.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, customer engineering, sales engineering, or similar).
• Broad technical expertise across web security, networking, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, and deliver demos and PoCs across security, networking, and developer platforms.
• Build technical champions and executive relationships within target accounts.
• Represent the company at industry events and developer communities.
