Job summary

Cyberhaven in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to drive go-to-market initiatives by leading prospect engagements, including demos and proofs of concept. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that helps organizations secure data and AI across the enterprise.

You will support Enterprise Sales teams, deliver compelling product messaging, demonstrate platform integrations, guide POC-driven evaluations, and advise customers on AI adoption.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or similar in complex pre-sales deployments.
• 4+ years experience with data protection and AI security solutions (DLP, IRM, DSPM, CASB, AI-Security).
• Proven ability to demo and run POCs across multiple products within a platform.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architecture (agents, tool use, MCP, autonomous workflows) and how to secure it.
• 4+ years experience with a cross-platform endpoint agent solution (Windows, Mac, and/or Linux).
• Willingness to travel to cover events and conferences.
• Strong sales presence and superior communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
• Ability to problem-solve independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Sales teams in a pre-sales capacity from qualification through production hand-off.
• Develop and deliver compelling messaging and product demos showing how the platform secures data and AI use enterprise-wide.
• Demonstrate multiple products in a single narrative, showing integrated workflows.
• Lead technical evaluations via POC ownership to a successful conclusion.
• Advise customers on securing AI adoption and translate risks into technical and business outcomes.
• Maintain partner technical relationships and enable channel partners in a channel-driven model.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on new features and provide field feedback.
