Job summary

Fin is hiring an exceptional Solutions Engineer to join our Customer Solutions Team in Chicago. You will engage directly with customers as their trusted advisor, shaping value across the full sales cycle and partnering with Product, R&D, and Engineering to ensure customer insights guide our AI-powered solutions.

You will lead technical discovery, design tailored POCs, and manage RFPs and security inquiries, communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences while driving customer success.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role.
• Ability to articulate value and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in leading technical discovery and value presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to identify customers' needs.
• Deliver pre-sales experiences articulating Fin's value and technical capabilities.
• Conduct value-based solution reviews and technical sessions.
• Design and lead tailored POCs that showcase Fin's capabilities.
• Serve as primary resource for RFPs and security questions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to reflect customer feedback.
• Build trust with customers through empathy and curiosity.
• Contribute to FE Playbooks and best practices.
