Job summary
Bundoran Group in the Southeast United States is recruiting a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer for an enterprise software company building AI-powered automation for IT operations. Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring or observability platforms.
- Experience integrating monitoring tools with ITSM workflows.
- Strong scripting and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical pre-sales engagements with product demos and sessions.
- Explain how AI-powered automation improves incident detection, response, and prevention.
- Demonstrate integrations between monitoring platforms and ITSM solutions.
- Use Python and JavaScript to support technical discussions.
- Build LatAm territory with a dedicated sales partner; support East US opportunities.
- Travel ~50%, primarily to Latin America.
