Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer for the Enterprise Sales organization to support LATAM. This role guides senior customers through complex business challenges using Atlassian’s AI-powered System of Work.

You will work within a globally distributed team that values teamwork and collaboration. Responsibilities include leading technical engagements in Spanish, shaping solution roadmaps for Fortune 500 accounts, and coordinating with product and account teams to shorten the sales

Qualifications

8+ years of experience with enterprise customers in a pre-sales or solutions engineering role.
Native fluency in Spanish and English.
Proven record of building executive relationships and rallying internal teams around customer needs.

Responsibilities

Partner with account teams to manage LATAM enterprise accounts and optimize roadmaps.
Lead all technical engagements, discovery sessions, and value-based demonstrations in Spanish.
Be SME on Atlassian’s AI capabilities (Rovo) and the Teamwork Graph.
Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to map pain points to Atlassian’s System of Work.
Deliver customized demonstrations from technical dives to executive pitches.
Work with Account Executives to improve the sales cycle and provide PM with market feedback.
Participate in rituals like ShipIt and AI School to stay at the cutting edge.
