Atlassian seeks a seasoned pre-sales engineer to drive strategic engagements with Global 2000 accounts in LATAM. You will lead technical sessions in Spanish, tailor demonstrations, and show how Atlassian AI (Rovo) and the Teamwork Graph transform workflows.

You will partner with Account Executives, translate complex business needs into technical solutions, and influence Product and Marketing based on regional insights. A global, distributed team environment awaits.

Competenze

• 8+ years experience with enterprise customers in pre-sales roles.
• Fluent in Spanish and English to support LATAM markets.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
• Passion for AI and emerging technologies.
