Job summary

Sovos is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer in Mexico to own end-to-end technical opportunities for our AI-native offerings. You will build ROI/TCO cases, run technical workshops, and configure the platform for client environments with support from Engineering and IT.

Ideal candidates will have procurement/AP expertise, experience selling AI-driven solutions, and a track record in cross-functional, client-facing roles within B2B settings.

Qualifications

• Experience leading business process transformation or consulting engagements, at a consulting firm, in-house, or client-facing environments.
• Procurement or AP expertise, depth understanding of client pain points.
• Experience selling AI infrastructure or AI-assisted workflow automation.
• Background check clearance is required due to client obligations.

Responsibilities

• Carry a quota tied to technical opportunity progression from discovery through close, owning the full technical sale.
• Build the technical inputs (POC results, integration effort, system fit) that feed ROI/TCO business cases.
• Lead technical workshops and proofs of concept with clear success criteria, partnering with AE to navigate objections.
• Configure the platform against a client's real data and workflows with Engineering and IT in scope.
• Translate technical solutions into ROI, TCO, and operational impact for Finance and executives.
• Stay engaged through kickoff and early delivery to maintain technical continuity with the implementation team.
• Shape qualification criteria, demo approach, and business case format for future use.
