Job summary

Anaconda, Inc. is seeking a Staff Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer to lead complex US enterprise evaluations. You will own the technical win, demonstrate how Anaconda products integrate to drive business outcomes, and craft demos, prototypes, and playbooks for the team.

The role targets a builder who creates solutions from scratch, engages senior buyers, and sets standards for responsible AI use in pre‑sales. This is a fully remote US-based position with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• Hands-on experience with AI, data science, or data engineering workflows.
• Hands-on experience building with agentic AI (coding agents, LLM APIs, MCP, or similar).
• Proven track record winning complex, multi-buyer enterprise deals with you as the technical lead.
• Credibility with executive audiences, translating technical capability into business value and handling objections.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win on strategic enterprise evaluations from discovery to proof-of-concept and close.
• Engage senior buyers (CIOs, CDOs, data science heads, security and procurement) and map Anaconda products to business value.
• Demonstrate how Anaconda products work together to enable vendor-neutral AI adoption.
• Build demos, integrations, and prototypes; convert them into repeatable assets for the team.
• Partner with sales leaders on deal strategy and define win criteria across segments.
• Create demo environments, evaluation plans, and competitive positioning for GTM alignment.
