Job summary

Laserfiche is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead our most complex customer projects from kickoff through delivery. You will partner with customers as a trusted advisor, lead discovery, translate business objectives into scalable solutions, and own build, testing, and deployment end-to-end.

The role emphasizes responsible AI adoption and process improvement, applying AI to customer use cases and internal workflows.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical experience in customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering or professional services.
• 4+ years of experience with SaaS, enterprise software, cloud, or similar platforms.
• Ability to learn and communicate complex technical concepts across business and technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience deploying agentic AI and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with customers across complex projects.
• Own technical documentation, testing plans, and deployment end-to-end.
• Provide troubleshooting, training, and support for customers.
• Escalate project challenges and coordinate with stakeholders on resolutions.
• Mentor teammates and share expertise through internal forums and knowledge bases.
