Job summary

Zendesk, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to drive AI-enabled customer experience solutions across the AMER region.

You will scope complex opportunities, design scalable ITSM and automation architectures, and partner with Sales, Services, Product, and Customer Success teams to win strategic engagements. You will lead technical conversations with executives, mentor junior architects, and translate business needs into implementable architectures that deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Experience selling, scoping, or supporting mid-market and enterprise software solutions.
Strong pre-sales, consulting, implementation, or customer-facing technical background.
Ability to communicate technical value to executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and solution scoping with corporate, mid-market, and enterprise customers.
Own technical relationships during the sales cycle from discovery to closure.
Design scalable customer experience, ITSM, automation, data and AI-enabled solutions.
Mentor Solutions Architects and align regional delivery with global standards.
Create services sales strategies and report on pipeline and risks.
