Job summary

Singular is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to support complex customer implementations, onboarding, and ongoing technical advisory across the Americas. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Support to drive successful deployments and scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes independent problem solving, clear communication, and creating reusable docs and playbooks for a fast-paced, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solution Engineering or similar technical customer-facing roles.
• Experience supporting complex customer implementations.
• Experience with mobile SDKs, REST APIs, attribution, data integrations.
• Ability to write SQL queries and investigate data quality.
• Comfort in Mac/UNIX environments and Python scripting.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and support technical implementation of Singular’s platform from scoping to onboarding and post-launch advisory.
• Provide senior technical ownership across the Americas for high-priority accounts.
• Lead or support SDK, API, attribution, web-to-app, event tracking, data validation, and reporting investigations.
• Use SQL, logs, APIs, and internal tools to investigate data quality and attribution issues.
• Build trust with customer engineering, marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to support happiness and retention.
• Develop internal playbooks, training materials, and documentation to scale the team.
• Assist with technical sales activities when deeper expertise is needed.
• Prioritize customer feature requests with Product.
