Job summary

Nextiva seeks a Solutions Consultant to lead technical sales across the United States. You will own technical demonstrations, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and coordinate with Sales on strategy.

The role requires deep product knowledge, strong communication, and a drive to leverage AI for workflow improvements. Location flexibility is available with onsite collaboration for Scottsdale-area teams.

Qualifications

3–6 years in a pre‑sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role.
Preferred understanding of UCaaS, CCaaS, CRM, SIP, VOIP, AI, APIs, Automation Services and integration patterns (Workato, Redox).
Ability to present confidently to technical and business stakeholders.
Familiarity with Nextiva's competitive landscape (e.g., RingCentral, Five9, Genesys, Zoom).
Bonus knowledge in Data Security & Privacy (HIPAA, PCI, GDPR) and languages (Spanish or French).

Responsibilities

Lead business and technical discovery to uncover customer requirements, pain points, and success criteria.
Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations.
Foster relationships with partners to enhance solution offerings.
Own POC engagements including scoping and success criteria.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs and security questionnaires.
Partner with Account Executive on account strategy and deal planning.
Act as the technical voice of the customer back to Product and Engineering.
Handle basic objection handling on architecture, security, and integrations.
Stay up to date on new technologies, industry trends, security & compliance.
