Job summary

Prophetic is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between product and enterprise customers. You will lead technical discovery, deliver customized demos, and build proof-of-concept configurations.

You’ll support onboarding, handle escalations, and translate customer needs into product priorities, all while traveling for on-site discovery and reviews. In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of sales, product, and engineering, leveraging AI tooling daily to accelerate demos,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions or sales engineering at a B2B SaaS company.
• Fluent in discussing APIs, databases, data pipelines, and architecture with executives.
• Experience leading technical discovery and enterprise product demos.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and design for enterprise prospects during sales cycles.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations for each prospect's markets and workflows.
• Answer complex questions about platform architecture, data coverage, and APIs.
• Build proof-of-concept configurations and demos to show value.
• Support onboarding with configurations, API integrations, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Account Management on escalations and feature requests.
