Job summary

Axon is hiring for a post-sales, customer-facing role focused on deploying and integrating Axon Fleet network solutions across client sites in the United States. You will engage with police and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and documentation, while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.

The role involves remote work from anywhere in the U.S., 100% travel, and reports to the Sr Manager, Professional Services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of advanced computer network implementation including systems software and hardware.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and applications software.
• A+ or Network+ certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement network solutions with minimal supervision.
• Assist clients to monitor software implementation lifecycles and provide customizations.
• Train customer technical contacts and end users on Axon Fleet products.
• Create network diagrams and documentation for design and planning.
