Heartland Technology Group is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to drive sales across our technology solutions and services. You will own the customer journey, build long-term relationships, and act as a strategic technology advisor to help clients achieve goals.

You may mentor Associate Solutions Consultants and lead projects, while quoting prices and managing terms. Expect travel, collaborative work, and ongoing client engagement to ensure satisfaction.

Competenze

• Six or more years of related sales experience in technology.
• Advanced business knowledge and acumen.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong prioritization and teamwork.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership and mentorship to associates.
• Lead projects or teams and quote prices and terms.
• Analyze client needs, manage satisfaction, and resolve issues.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
• Maintain CRM records and promote products to clients.
• Forecast new business and identify prospective customers.
• Collaborate with colleagues on selling strategies and marketing info.
• Present and explain product operation to clients via calls and in-person visits.
