Job summary

PagerDuty is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our customer-focused team in the United States. You will partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to design and deliver solutions that drive business value and accelerate platform adoption across strategic customers.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, deep SaaS/cloud expertise, and the ability to influence outcomes with stakeholders at multiple levels. A hybrid work model and travel as needed are available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions consulting or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, IT operations.
• Experience with enterprise customers and navigating complex organizations.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with strategic customers to map PagerDuty solutions to outcomes.
• Develop tailored demonstrations, PoCs, and ROI-focused value propositions.
• Advise on incident response, digital operations, and service reliability throughout pre-sales and implementation.
• Partner with sales and CS to drive adoption, expansion, and renewals across the sales cycle.
• Provide feedback to product/engineering to influence roadmap.
